No — unfortunately, the mule service timing does not align with our river trip itineraries. All guests on upper and lower half trips are responsible for carrying their own personal gear into or out of the canyon, depending on the direction of travel.
The good news is that Canyon Explorations/Expeditions provides all major camping equipment, so you will not need to carry bulky items.
We supply:
- Tent
- Ground tarp
- Sleeping pad
- Sleeping bag
- Sleeping bag liner
This significantly reduces pack weight compared to traditional backpacking trips.
